  1. Please read what I have posted on others' posts - much of the stuff I have already stated is relevant to you:
-understanding of how angled walls work
    -site insensitivity
-awkwardness of space without a scaled drawing
    -stark design contrasts
    -circulation/use problems
The premise of not to "feel detached from the surroundings/nature" is not inherently bad but the last thing you want to do is make it sound as though you are making a Chia-Pet building. To connect with the natural surroundings does not necessarily mean you have to cover it with vegetation (the planter on the roof and trellises do not really do more than serve as decoration unless there is something strong connecting everything together). The window/prism condition suffers from the same issues that mire Daniel's design - it comes across as forced and you get little reward for the effort on that.
There are some inconsistencies with the drawings so it is advised to either jump to a digital/physical model or work on the drawings appropriately. As with Daniel's design your proposal (despite having a form) does not really seem to use the walls/space effectively as I suspect integration of elements such as walls/desks/furnishings would make the design a lot more amenable to the design parameters.
