- A one sentence statement of your design intention (you will recall that this is what your design resolution will be assessed against
- TWO or more of the following:
- A scaled 3D physical model (cardboard/wood/plastics) at least 1:25 (anything less such as 1:50 or 1:100 will not be conducive for review)
- An initial drawing set by hand or digital methods (ALL relevant plans and elevations with at least ONE section)
- An axonometric drawing (if you read the Ching book, you'll know, but if not, we will talk about it tomorrow to "refresh" your memory from when you did...)
- A series of printouts of 3D views and basic floor plan of the design (wireframe output is unacceptable)
- TWO hand drawn perspectives
LEVEL OF EXPECTATION (using Wright's Fallingwater - for the most part)
Physical 3D Model (except without the pathetic trees...)
Manual Drawings (Note line weights! Ignore the hatching... for now)
Printouts of 3D Views/Plans (Note that the image is not photorealistic)
Hand Drawn Perspective
Axonometric (I know, this isn't Fallingwater but focus on the nature of the drawing not the building)
