    To ensure you post YouTube videos properly:
    -go to the video on the YouTube site
    -click on the SHARE option; select EMBED; select SHOW MORE
    -a string of code will pop up so that you can copy/paste it but under VIDEO SIZE,ensure you are using 640x480
    -go back to the Blog posting; switch to HTML instead of COMPOSE
    -paste the code
    -switch to COMPOSE to validate that the link will show up
