The design is a bit primitive as the sections do not show a clear understanding of how buildings come together. Instead it is understood as a concept rather than a holistic, complete design. The lineweights do not really exist. The imagery still reads as a montage rather than a solid image as the contrast is too high among elements. The lighting studies really should showcase the shadow effects rather than have the ground change tonality - it comes across as simply inconsistent rendering. You may have opted instead to use grey scale to showcase the change in global illumination settings rather than the colour of the ground plane.
